County projects monitoring dashboard
Every county project on one public map.
A public, trilingual dashboard that shows county development projects on a map, in lists, charts and reports, so residents and officers can see what is completed, ongoing or stalled, where, and with what budget, and send feedback on each project.
The problem
Residents had no simple way to see what was being built where, or to comment on it.
What we built

Loaded the county's project stock-taking sheet and cleaned it automatically on load.

Placed every project on a satellite map, coloured by status.
- 3
Added filters, charts and printable reports for officers and citizens.
- 4
Added per-project feedback, in English, Kiswahili and Somali.
